BRG in a Box
During the 2020 pandemic, BRG shifted our programming from in-person instruction to a take home programming. “BRG in a Box” provided all materials, supplies, tools, and instructions needed to successfully complete a gardening or sewing project at home, plus access to online tutorial videos.
BRG in a box is not currently available but may be offered again in the future. BRG was excited to resume in-person workshops during the summer of 2021, and is now back to full time programming in Western Massachusetts!
Previous Projects
In 2020, we created 300 face mask sewing kits and 300 seed kits for gardening, which our friends at Neighbor2Neighbor helped distribute at schools in Holyoke. According to Neighbor2Neighbor’s data of those who completed a project and gave feedback, 100% gave positive feedback and 90% wanted to do another BRG project.
