- Logan McFadden has been leading nonprofit programs for young people since 2006 and continually enjoys learning new skills from their community and environment. With a masters degree in nonprofit management and a background directing auxiliary programs both in and out of school settings, Logan is thrilled to bring Build Repair Grow to life.
Janet Cobb
Fundraising and Development Consultant

- As a practical visionary, Janet Cobb integrates her life experience and skills in education, writing, management, and fundraising, to offer innovative solutions to small nonprofits so they can better align mission and money. She empowers them to bring their visions to reality to create a more equitable and just world. She loves working with Build Repair Grow because she believes passionately in the mission – and personally loves to sew, and help others create outdoor oasis and indoor sanctuaries through landscaping and home repairs.
Lydia Proulx (they/them)
Operations and Assistant Teaching

- Lydia is managing operations and assistant teaching at Build Repair Grow. A relentless advocate for the youth, with over a decade of experience in youth peer support and mental health advocacy, Lydia is excited to use their programming skills to support Build Repair Grow’s impact on students in Western Massachusetts. In their free time, Lydia enjoys spending time with their dog Theo, crocheting, and swimming.
Ashley Gamble

- Ashley Gamble brings a variety of operations, logistics, and project management experience to Build Repair Grow from a career in the travel industry. She has volunteered with non-profit and youth programs since 2008 and spends much of her spare time learning new skills like those taught in BRG programs. She is excited to combine her administration and logistics expertise and passion for learning to help sustain and grow BRG.

Laura Marks

- Laura Marks, President/CEO of Homestead Bookkeeping, Inc., is a numbers lover, plays with budgets for fun, and geeks out with spreadsheets on a regular basis. When not immersed in running a successful bookkeeping company, she enjoys square dancing, reading sci-fi, and doing all sorts of fiber and fabric arts and crafts.

Jose Cure

- Jose is a maker and creative designer with a background in branding, marketing, and user experience, that uses a human-centered approach to his work. He has a passion for building and fixing things and coming up with DIY solutions that are tangible and fun for teams and leaners of all shapes and styles. Jose is motivated by any chance he gets to share his knowledge and experience in practical and useful ways that could result in a positive impact for one or many. He speaks English, Spanish, and some Portuguese and loves to work with culturally and linguistically diverse people.

Anna Bligh
Marketing & Social Media

- Anna has been promoting the mission and programs of Build Repair Grow through marketing and social media since June 2021. She values assisting a nonprofit that teaches important life skills to students, from problem-solving and self-sufficiency to cooking, carpentry, and more. Outside of working in marketing, Anna enjoys creative activities including crocheting, photography and writing.
